Our cozy apartment is located just a 7-minute walk from the central train station and 8 minutes from Piazza Maggiore, in the heart of Bologna's historic center. This city of art is rich in archaeological and architectural value.
The apartment has a country/shabby style, creating the ideal place for a romantic getaway and offering guests the warmth and hospitality that the city has been offering to students, tourists, and travelers in general for centuries.

This makes it the perfect solution for those who want to stay just steps away from the city's main attractions, but at the same time seek tranquility and silence to rest after a day of visiting the wonderful architectural treasures, perhaps sipping a cup of coffee or tea, or enjoying one of the delicious dishes offered by the local trattorias.
A comfortable double bed and a spacious shower await you upon your return from the splendid historical or gastronomic visits that Bologna has to offer.
The surrounding area offers our guests the opportunity to stroll under the famous porticos (UNESCO heritage), immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, admire the places of interest, and experience the local flavors through various food and wine itineraries, as well as participate in cultural events and exhibitions.
Within a short distance from our establishment, you will find monuments and places of interest that will satisfy your thirst for knowledge, as well as shops and excellent trattorias where you can savor the tastes for which Bologna is famous worldwide.
Our accommodation is ideal not only for a romantic getaway but also for business trips, to reunite and rediscover oneself, and for travelers who love to indulge in moments of relaxation in a discreet and refined environment.

Once you arrive at the apartment, you will no longer need to use the car; you can leave it in one of the various paid parking lots, guarded or not, which are only a 10-minute walk away.
The proximity to the train station will allow you to easily reach other cities of art such as Ferrara, Florence, Venice, or the airport, thanks to the connection with the Marconi Express (a convenient shuttle service on an elevated monorail that connects the airport to the train station in less than 10 minutes).
It is not possible to provide breakfast inside the apartment due to agreements made with the municipality of Bologna.
Just a few steps away from the apartment, you will still have numerous bars available where you can have breakfast. You can enjoy both sweet and savory options, such as coffee and cappuccino.
We will be happy to recommend some of our favorite places in the historic center, where we also go for breakfast. Among them, there is a bakery that daily bakes bread, croissants, cakes, and other delicacies. Additionally, you will find another bar that offers organic and vegan products.

If you arrive by car, please note that parking is not available in the area. However, you can leave your vehicle in one of the paid parking lots, both guarded and unguarded, which are just a 5/10-minute walk away.
The proximity to the train station makes our apartment the ideal base for visiting other charming historical cities such as Ferrara, Florence, Venice, and many others, easily accessible by train.
For those arriving by plane, we recommend using the Marconi Express, an elevated monorail shuttle that will take you to the central train station in just 10 minutes.
